Elena Clement nació el 15 de marzo de 1978 en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Después de terminar sus estudios secundarios, su vocación intelectual se expresó entre dos actividades emparentadas: el diseño gráfico y publicitario y la pintura artística. Elena Clement was born March 15th 1978 in Buenos Aires. After graduating from high school, her intellectual vocation was divided between two related activities: graphic and advertising design and artistic painting.
Solo así se entiende que inició dos carreras al unísono, Bellas Artes y Ciencias de la Comunicación Institucional y Publicitaria en la Universidad Católica. Only then it is understood that she started these two careers, Fine Arts and Institutional Communication Sciences and Advertising at the Catholic University.
Faltando muy poco para recibirse de licenciada en Ciencias de la Comunicación decidió hacer un paréntesis y residió en París, Francia, entre 2000 y 2001, para estudiar Historia del Arte en la Universidad de la Sorbonne. Being almost finished with her BA in Communication Sciences decided to take a break and moved to Paris, France, between 2000 and 2001 to study art history at the Sorbonne University.
Al retornar a la Argentina, terminó su carrera universitaria en comunicaciones y en ese amplio campo, en los últimos años, se volcó a la publicidad y el diseño gráfico. Upon returning to Argentina, finished her collegiate career in communications and in this broad field, in recent years, she turned to advertising and graphic design.
En 2003, después de trabajar en Exposium América Latina desarrollando diferentes piezas gráficas, creó junto al publicista Ezequiel Díaz Ortiz el estudio de diseño gráfico CMYK (www.cmykestudio.com.ar), atendiendo una amplia y no menos importante cartera de clientes. In 2003, after working in Latin America Exposium developing different graphic pieces, in conjunction with the publicist Ezequiel Diaz Ortiz,was created CMYK graphic design studio (www.cmykestudio.com.ar), addressing a wide customer base.
Actualmente, además de su trabajo como publicista y diseñadora gráfica, Elena privilegia la pintura habiendo expuesto al público sus obras. Currently, besides her work as a publicist and graphic designer, Elena had the privileged of having her paintings on public exhibits.
